These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to products listed under the “Special Deals” section of MacWala.com (“MacWala”, “we”, “our” or “us”). They do not replace the general Terms & Conditions applicable to other products sold on our website.

1. About Special Deals

The Special Deals section features selected Apple products sourced by MacWala from individual customers and other eligible suppliers.

Products listed in this section may include older-generation iPhones, MacBooks, iPads and other eligible electronic devices that are offered for resale at special prices.

Each product listing will specify its applicable model, storage capacity, colour, condition, price, warranty information and other material details, as applicable.

2. Product Condition

Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, products listed under Special Deals are intended to be new, unused and in sealed original packaging.

These products are not advertised as used, refurbished or open-box products unless the individual listing specifically discloses that condition.

Packaging, activation status, accessories, warranty eligibility and other product-specific details may vary. Customers should review the individual listing and contact MacWala for clarification before placing an order.

MacWala will not misrepresent a product’s condition or omit material information required to be disclosed under applicable law.

3. Product Sourcing

Products listed under Special Deals may have been purchased by MacWala from individual customers who are not registered under GST.

Depending on the original purchase, a GST tax invoice issued by the previous individual owner may not be available. MacWala may maintain internal purchase vouchers, payment records, seller declarations, product identification records and other supporting documentation.

The absence of a previous owner’s GST invoice does not, by itself, determine the tax treatment of the resale or remove any applicable consumer rights.

MacWala will issue the appropriate customer invoice in accordance with applicable GST law.

4. Special Pricing and Taxes

Special Deals prices are specific to the individual products and offers displayed in this section.

Applicable GST and other charges, where relevant, will be disclosed at checkout or otherwise as required by law.

The applicable GST treatment will be determined in accordance with the relevant legislation, notifications and valuation rules. A margin-based valuation method will be used only where legally applicable.

Any discount, promotional benefit or limited-stock offer is subject to the conditions stated on the relevant product page.

5. Availability and Stock

Special Deals products may be available in limited quantities, including single-unit or limited-unit stock.

Availability is subject to stock confirmation and order acceptance. Product availability displayed online may change as orders are received.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed and payment has been collected, MacWala will inform the customer and process any refund due in accordance with applicable law.

6. Order Confirmation and Payment

Orders placed under Special Deals are subject to payment verification, stock confirmation and order acceptance.

Payments may be made through the payment methods displayed at checkout.

MacWala may contact customers to verify order or delivery details where reasonably necessary. Any cancellation or refund will be handled according to the applicable policy and legal requirements.

7. Invoice and Documentation

For each completed sale, MacWala will provide the applicable invoice or other legally required document.

The invoice will contain the prescribed details, including product description, applicable taxable value, GST particulars and supplier information, as required by law.

Customers are advised to retain the invoice and order confirmation for their records, warranty enquiries, returns and eligible claims.

8. Manufacturer Warranty

Warranty coverage, if available, depends on the particular product, its eligibility, activation status and the applicable manufacturer’s terms.

The warranty status or coverage period communicated on a product page will be based on the information available to MacWala and any applicable verification.

Customers should review the warranty details of the individual product before purchasing. Any limitation or uncertainty that materially affects the advertised warranty will be disclosed.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any statutory rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

9. Delivery and Product Inspection

Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

Customers should inspect the delivered product and packaging and notify MacWala promptly of any incorrect item, visible damage, missing components or material discrepancy.

Photographs, packaging and an unboxing video may assist in investigating a complaint, but the absence of an unboxing video will not automatically invalidate a claim protected by applicable law.

10. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Cancellation, return, replacement and refund requests for Special Deals products will be handled under the applicable MacWala Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy, subject to the product listing and applicable law.

Requests involving a wrong product, transit damage, material misdescription, eligible defects or other legally recognised grounds will be assessed appropriately.

Nothing in this section creates a blanket exclusion of refunds or remedies where these are required by law.

11. Product Identification and Authenticity

Product descriptions, model numbers, serial numbers or IMEI details, where applicable, are used to identify the product supplied.

Customers should contact MacWala promptly if they identify a material mismatch, authenticity concern or discrepancy between the delivered product and its listing.

MacWala will review genuine complaints and provide remedies where required under applicable law.

12. Limitation of Terms

These Special Deals Terms & Conditions apply only to products specifically listed under the Special Deals section.

All other applicable website policies continue to apply where relevant. In the event of a conflict, mandatory legal requirements and applicable statutory consumer rights will prevail.
