Orders & Payment

Are the products on Macwala genuine?

Yes. Every product we sell is 100% genuine and sourced through authorised channels. We do not sell refurbished, grey-market, or counterfeit devices.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, and EMI options through participating banks. See our Affordability page for current EMI and exchange offers.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, most orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. A 3% cancellation fee applies, and orders placed under limited-time or festive offers may not be eligible for cancellation. See our full Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy for details.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are handed to our courier partner within 72 hours of order confirmation. You can also choose in-store pickup at checkout where available. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do not charge for shipping on orders across India.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email/SMS. You can also use the Track Order option on our site.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

What is your return policy?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with tags and invoice. Full details are on our Return & Refund Policy page.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds to credit/debit cards are processed within 7–9 working days of us receiving the returned product; net banking refunds are credited directly to your bank account.

Is there a warranty on Apple products bought from Macwala?

Yes, all products come with standard Apple warranty coverage. You can also ask about AppleCare options at the time of purchase.

Service & Repairs

Do you repair Apple devices?

Yes, our Service Center handles repairs for Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and AirPods, including screen, battery, and software issues.

How much will my repair cost?

Cost depends on the device, the issue, and whether it’s covered under warranty or AppleCare. We always share the estimate before starting any paid repair — see Service Price for typical ranges.

Do you offer doorstep or express service?

Please check with your nearest store or contact us for current service turnaround times at your location.

Trade-In & Exchange

Can I exchange my old device for a new one?

Yes. Bring your old iPhone, iPad, or Mac to any Macwala store, or start a trade-in online, and its value will be adjusted against your new purchase.

What do I need to bring for a trade-in?

A valid photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or other government ID) and the device itself, factory reset and signed out of your Apple Account.

Can I pick up my online order in-store?

Yes, select in-store pickup at checkout where available and you’ll be notified when your order is ready for collection.
