These terms apply only to CTO (Configure-to-Order) products sold on macwala.com, that is Macs built to order by Apple in the configuration you choose (MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac mini and Mac Studio). They are in addition to our Terms and Conditions, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy. If anything conflicts, these CTO terms apply to CTO products.

1. What is a CTO product

A CTO product is not kept in ready stock. It is built by Apple only after you order, with the chip, memory, storage and colour you select. Because of this, delivery time depends on Apple’s production and supply.

2. Delivery time shown on our website

• The delivery time on a CTO product page is based on the delivery time shown on the Apple India website for the same product and configuration, plus an additional 1 to 2 weeks.
• Apple shows delivery either as dates or as weeks. We show it the same way: if Apple shows dates, we show dates; if Apple shows weeks, we show weeks.
• The delivery time is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Apple can change its delivery time at any time.

3. Dispatch and delivery

• Your product is dispatched within the time that Apple shows for that configuration.
• After dispatch, we deliver it to you within the following extra week.
• Delivery is across India to serviceable pincodes. Please check the product when it arrives.

4. Delay from Apple

• If the order is delayed because of Apple (production, stock, shipping or any other reason on Apple’s side), the order will not be cancelled and cannot be cancelled by the customer for that reason.
• We will keep you updated on the status of your order when we receive information from Apple.

5. Cancellation, return and replacement

• Since a CTO product is built to your selected configuration, please check the chip, memory, storage and colour carefully before you place the order.
• Apart from the delay case in point 4, our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy applies.
• If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery on +91 90040 09634 and keep the product unused with its original packing.

6. Colour selection

The colour you choose on the product page is saved with your order and shown in your cart and order details. The final product is supplied by Apple in that colour.

7. Warranty and invoice

CTO products are genuine Apple products with Apple’s limited warranty. You will receive a GST invoice with your order. Warranty service is provided through Apple authorised service providers.
