Macwala — Product Pre-Registration Program

I hereby agree to the following terms of Product Pre-Registration:

1. I am voluntarily participating in the product pre-registration program and I understand that this program does not guarantee that I will receive the preferred iPhone or any other product at the time of launch or even within any stipulated time frame.
2. This registration does not entitle anyone to a confirmed delivery of iPhone or any other product from Macwala.
3. I can pre-order a maximum of 1 unit from Macwala as part of the product pre-registration program.
4. In case I am offered my preferred model, I agree to complete the purchase transaction immediately and within a period not exceeding 24 hours from offer time.
5. I agree to use the device purchased from Macwala for individual use only and will not resell this device to anybody else.
6. Macwala will not be liable in any way in case it is not able to fulfil my demand for the registered product.
7. In case Macwala is not able to supply the product as per my preference, the refund of the advance amount, if any, will be processed as per the refund policy.
8. The refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 days of the cancellation request.
9. Macwala reserves the right to not disclose any data pertaining to customer registrations to any customers or third party under this program.
10. Macwala may share this data with Apple India Pvt. Ltd and its distributors in case needed for any validation of registrations or to enable supply of products.
11. In case of any dispute, Macwala reserves the right to cancel this registration at any time.
12. Fulfilment of pre-orders is subject to product availability.
13. If a prebook is cancelled from the customer’s end, a 3% cancellation charge is applicable.
