- Diagnosis – Our team checks your device and explains what is wrong in plain language.
- Clear estimate – You get the estimate before any paid work begins, so there are no surprises.
- Repair and quality check – The repair is completed and the device is tested before it is returned to you.
Before you come
- Back up your data using iCloud or Time Machine.
- Note down the serial number of your device (Settings > General > About).
- Turn off Find My before handing over the device, if asked.
